10 Day Small Group Tour from London to Dublin with APT

Call in at Oxford before being treated to a real authentic Cotswolds village experience. Then it's onto the county of Cornwall, with its craggy cliffs, and vibrant surf. The food is unmissable, including Rick Stein's Café and a Cornish gastro pub.

Day By Day

Day 1 Arrive London
Arrive in London, where you will be met on arrival and transferred to your hotel. Embodying five-star luxury with an independent spirit, your award-winning, family-run hotel is located in the vibrant heart of Mayfair, opposite Royal Green Park. Day 2 London, Oxford, Minster Lovell
Travel to Oxford, where you'll be treated to a special behind-the-scenes tour of its famous university. Afterwards, choose your sightseeing. Later, arrive in Minster Lovell within The Cotswold district, where you'll stay in a quintessential country estate, nestled within 65 acres of idyllic grounds. Not far from your accommodation are the ruins of Minster Lovell Hall, which was once a 15th-century Oxfordshire manor house set beside the River Windrush. Day 3 Minster Lovell, The Cotswolds
Today is all about discovering The Cotswolds in-depth. See old stone mansions, thatched cottages and churches. You have left the remainder of the day free to perhaps explore more and walk off the delicious lunch you just had, or perhaps take a moment to relax and unwind in your country estate and admire the surrounding gardens, picturesque wildflower meadows and woodland.Signature Experiences:A special experience awaits today, where a local guide will take you to the hidden gems of this picturesque region. Afterwards, the best part will be when you are invited into the guide's home to enjoy a traditional English lunch in their quaint private cottage.

Day 4 Minster Lovell, Sandy Lane, Bath, Taunton
This morning, take in the glorious scenes of the southern Cotswolds, before stepping back in time with a visit to Sandy Lane, where you will discover the Church of St Mary and St Nicholas. Continue to the historic spa town of Bath, where you will have free time to explore. Later, arrive in Taunton. Stay: Taunton, The Castle Hotel

Day 5 Taunton, Cornwall
Venture into the county of Cornwall and enter a world of immense cliffs, vibrant surf and pure white sands. Secluded bays and coves and pretty fishing villages are a plenty in this remarkable region. Arrive at your hotel, which offers outstanding views of the sparkling sea, which is the perfect setting for dinner. Stay Three Nights: Cornwall, Carlyon Bay Hotel, in a Sea Facing Room

Day 6 Cornwall, Porthcurno
Follow the craggy coastline on a scenic drive to Porthcurno, which houses one of the best beaches in Cornwall. However, it is best known for its Minack, a magnificent clifftop theatre carved entirely out of granite. It's then time to enjoy your Signature Experience. This afternoon, visit the Screech Owl Sanctuary, which provides care and rehabilitation for sick and injured wild owls.Signature Experiences:Tuck into a succulent fresh seafood lunch at Rick Stein's Cafe. Featuring dishes inspired by the celebrity chef's travels, the restaurant takes full advantage of its seaside location, where the freshest fish arrives at the front door.

Day 7 Cornwall
Perhaps embark on a walking discovery of St Nectan's Kieve, a natural plunge pool at the basin of a 18-metre waterfall. Afterwards, it's time for your Signature Experience. Later, discover the world's largest indoor rainforest at the Eden Project as you wander about the plants and exhibitions housed in giant biomes.Signature Experiences:We have planned a very special lunch for you at Emily Scott's St Tudy Inn. Day 8 Cornwall, Teddington
Travel to Teddington in South West London, situated near Hampton Court. Along the way, call in at the small village of Castle Cary, whose town centre contains historic buildings such as the Market House, the Round House and the old George Inn. Tonight, you will say your goodbyes and savour a delicious meal during a farewell dinner. Stay: Teddington, The Lensbury
